About Me — Road 2 Recovery
On the 2nd of August 2026, I went out for a bike ride in the city, something I normally do.
As I was approaching the traffic lights, to this day, I still don’t actually know what happened. But within a second, I went over the handlebars and my face hit the floor.
I chipped my tooth, hit the side of my temple, my lip was bloody, I had a deep cut to my left knee, scraped up my right shin, cut open my pinky finger on my right hand, and my neck, back and elbow were hurting.
Luckily for me, there were two off-duty police officers there who came to my aid and stayed with me until the ambulance came.
Since then, I’ve decided I’m going to record and document my whole recovery. And that’s really why I created this page — Road 2 Recovery.
Being a personal trainer and a nutritionist, you have clients who sometimes come to you after injuries, trying to get themselves back. But now I’m actually going through that process myself.
So I thought, why not document it?
The good days, the bad days, the rehab, the training, the little wins, the setbacks — everything. I just want to show the real process of getting yourself back to working health.
So if you’ve found this page, follow me on the journey. Send me a message, tell me about your own recovery, and just keep supporting me because honestly, all the messages and support really do help.
This is my Road 2 Recovery.
